Job Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks focused on gathering information from reports and accurately entering data into spreadsheets.
Review, organize, and update records related to employee leave of absence (LOA) processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Verify information from various sources and reports to maintain consistent and high-quality data entries.
Collaborate with the HR team to identify and correct discrepancies in LOA data.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times and adhere to company policies regarding data protection.
Qualifications:
Previous data entry experience required; experience supporting HR projects or LOA processes is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications; ability to create and manage spreadsheets effectively.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized to manage large amounts of data accurately and systematically.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of HR practices, particularly in leave of absence FMLA and CFRA codes.
Schedule & Compensation:
Monday - Friday, full-time hours (with flexibility).
Competitive hourly wage of $23.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience.
